Buses - Terms and Conditions

  • I have provided names and cell phone numbers for an individual on each bus coming to the Shrine, or I will email those to the Shrine at [email protected] within three days.
    • If circumstances change, and a person listed cannot come on the day, I will contact the Shrine and give a replacement name and his/her cell phone number, so that the Shrine has a person and a cell phone number for each bus I am registering.
  • I have or will within three days, provide the following information to the Bus Company we are using, so that they know:
    • The Bus Company is liable for providing a bus that is licensed, registered, and in good working order.
    • If the bus breaks down, it will be towed at the Bus Company’s expense.
    • If the Coordinator has NOT properly registered the bus with the Shrine, then the Bus and all passengers may be turned away, or everyone on the bus will have to wait on the bus until the registration is complete.
    • The Bus must remain ON Eden Hill and OPEN the entire day.
    • The Bus Driver must remain on Eden Hill, and must provide his cell phone number to the Bus Coordinator who is on his or her bus.
    • The Bus must be turned off within 5 minutes of arrival, and cannot be turned on more than five minutes before departure.
    • For Directions to the Shrine:
      Please use this GPS address for directions to the Shrine: 42.289863N 73.308478W. It will lead you to the Bus Parking Lot. Do not use our legal/street address.
    • Regardless of the GPS directions the driver’s GPS system provides, buses are to approach the Shrine from Route 102/Main Street and STRAIGHT UP Pine Street. (Do NOT curve left as the road becomes Prospect Hill Rd.) Pine Street turns into our driveway, and buses are to proceed to the Main Parking Lot to park.
    • For safety reasons, buses are NOT to enter the property at 2 Prospect Hill Road and drive past the Shrine to get to the parking lot. Please enter at the top of Pine Street.

 

  • Proporcionar correctamente los nombres y números de celular de los coordinadores encargados de cada autobús que registro, también puede enviarlos inmediatamente por correo electrónico a [email protected].
    • Si las circunstancias cambian y las personas encargadas de cada autobús por algún motivo no puede ir al evento, me comunicaré inmediatamente con el Santuario y proporcionaré los nombres y números de celular de las nuevas personas que estarán a cargo del autobús(es)que estoy registrando.
  • Proporcionaré inmediatamente la siguiente información a la Compañía de autobuses que estamos utilizando:
    • La empresa de autobuses es responsable de proporcionar un autobús con licencia, registración y en buen estado de funcionamiento.
    • Si el autobús se descompone será remolcado y la compañía de autobuses será responsable de hacer el pago.
    • Si el Coordinador NO ha realizado correctamente la registración, hay una posibilidad de que el autobús y los pasajeros sean rechazados. Si aún hay espacios disponibles el coordinador podrá bajar y realizar la registración y los pasajeros deberán quedarse en el autobús. No se garantiza el espacio.
    • El autobús debe permanecer ABIERTO en la Colina del Edén todo el día.
    • El conductor del autobús debe permanecer en la Colina del Edén y debe proporcionar al coordinador del grupo su número de celular.
    • El conductor debe apagar el autobús cuando llegue y solamente encenderlo al momento de salir.
    • Dirección para llegar al Santuario:
      Utilice esta dirección de GPS: 42.289863N 73.308478W.
    • O Independientemente de las direcciones que proporcione el sistema del GPS, los autobuses deben llegar al Santuario desde la ruta 102/Main Street y hacia arriba a la Pine Street. (NO gire a la izquierda cuando la carretera se convierta en Prospect Hill Rd.) Pine Street se convierte en nuestra entrada y los autobuses deben dirigirse al estacionamiento principal para estacionar.
    • Por razones de seguridad, los autobuses NO deben ingresar a la propiedad en 2 Prospect Hill Road y pasar por el Santuario para llegar al estacionamiento. Ingrese en la parte superior de Pine Street.
