Per the local bishop, the Shrine Church is closed until further notice. We know that many are without the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass during this Coronavirus pandemic. The Marian Fathers at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy will livestream a daily Holy Mass in English at 9:00 a.m. and in Spanish at 7:00 p.m. on the Facebook Page “The Divine Mercy (official)”. Following the Mass, it will be posted on TheDivineMercy.org. In addition, the Marians will livestream the Chaplet of The Divine Mercy at 3:00 p.m. and the Rosary at 5:00 p.m., and will post both of those after the livestream as well.
In collaboration with the local health officials and emergency personnel, the Marian Fathers are cancelling the annual Divine Mercy Sunday outdoor weekend celebration on April 18 and 19. The Marian Fathers deeply apologize to all the dedicated organizers and faithful pilgrims who were planning to be with us. Out of our care and concern for the wellbeing of each person, we do not wish to increase the possibility of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus). Please see the special schedule for services during Holy Week and for The Feast of Divine Mercy Please let us light a candle for your intentions.
